Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: total delivery time = processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (5-8 business days).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Any exceptions to free shipping will be clearly noted before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delays

Curio Trove is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.
